2.5 acres with existing pond, Bayana, Bharatpur

Land with a dug pond already on it, roughly 0.6 acre of water spread. I used it for carp culture for six years and it worked well. I am moving my operation closer to home so this is free. The pond has an inlet from the canal and a bund that has held through every monsoon since 2018. There is a small pump house and a kachha store room. The remaining two acres are flat and were under wheat last rabi. Good for someone who wants to start fish farming without spending the first year and a half digging. Happy to show a new tenant how I ran it — the mistakes are the expensive part and I have already made them.
