4 acres certified organic land on lease, Ranoli, Sikar

I farm 12 acres and I am leasing out 4 of them because I cannot manage all of it this year. This block has been under organic management since 2019 and is covered by my NPOP certificate. That matters — you inherit the conversion period instead of starting your own three-year clock. I will share the certification paperwork with a serious tenant. Drip is already laid on the whole block. Borewell shared with my own land, water is not a problem except late May. I would prefer someone growing medicinal crops rather than a heavy chemical crop, because the certification covers the whole farm and I cannot risk it.
