Eight acres in one block, about 20 minutes from Sanganer. I have farmed it myself for twenty years and it is in good condition. Open well plus a borewell, both working. Soil is a reasonable loam, organic carbon was 0.62 on the last card, which is well above what most land around here shows. I am getting older and want to step back, but I do not want the land mistreated. I am looking for a long lease — seven to ten years — with someone who will keep up the soil rather than mine it for three seasons and leave. Rent is negotiable if the plan is sound. I care more about who takes it than about the last thousand rupees.
