Need 1-2 acres near Jaipur for a demonstration plot

Rs 30,000 per acre per year · negotiable

I run organic certification training and I want a demonstration plot the trainees can actually walk on, rather than teaching everything in a classroom. One to two acres is enough. It needs to be within about 40 km of Jaipur city so a batch can reach it and return in a day. I do not need great soil — honestly, average soil demonstrates the point better. Water access matters, and so does permission to put up a small shade structure. Three year lease, rent paid yearly in advance.
