Need someone for borewell servicing near Merta City

The tubewell on my land has been idle four years. Before I lease the land out I want it checked and serviced properly, so the tenant does not inherit a problem. What I need: pump pulled and inspected, casing checked, and an honest opinion on whether the motor is worth rewinding or should be replaced. I would rather pay for a proper job once than a cheap one twice. Please tell me your visit charge and whether that is adjusted against the repair.
