Two days, and you will actually make bags rather than watch me make them. Covered: substrate selection and pasteurisation, spawning rate, bag filling, the humidity and light the crop needs, and the three contaminations that kill most first attempts. I will be honest about the economics. A small room of 200 bags is not a living. It is a useful second income if you can sell locally, and it is a poor idea if you have no market within an hour. Each participant takes home four spawned bags to fruit at their own place, and I follow up on a group call after three weeks.
